Nasal & Sinus Management
Clearer breathing starts with the right compounded formula.
When off-the-shelf sprays and rinses fall short, our pharmacists work with your provider to prepare nasal and sinus therapies tailored to your symptoms, sensitivities, and the strength you actually need.

Start With The Symptom
Tell us what you’re feeling
Nasal and sinus discomfort shows up in many forms. Identify what bothers you most, and we’ll help map it to a compounded solution designed for that specific concern.

Congestion
Persistent stuffiness that makes it hard to breathe freely through the nose, day or night.

Post‑nasal drip
That constant drainage and throat-clearing feeling that lingers well beyond a cold.

Sinus pressure
Fullness and tenderness across the cheeks, brow, and bridge of the nose.

Allergic rhinitis
Sneezing, itching, and runniness triggered by pollen, dust, or other allergens.

Dryness
Crusting, irritation, and discomfort from dry air, medications, or the seasons.

Recurrent infections
Sinus issues that keep returning and may benefit from a provider-directed approach.
Our Compounded Solutions
From symptom to relief
Every formulation is prepared to your provider’s prescription, in the dosage form and strength that fits you best.
Compounded nasal sprays
Custom nasal sprays let your provider combine the actives that make sense for you into a single, easy-to-use bottle, avoiding fillers or preservatives you may not tolerate. Ideal when several standard sprays would otherwise be layered together.
- Preservative-free options
- Combination actives
- Metered dosing

Sinus rinses & irrigations
Medicated rinse concentrates are compounded to support irrigation routines, helping flush and soothe irritated sinus passages. Prepared to your prescribed formula so the strength and ingredients are consistent every time.
- Buffered solutions
- Custom concentrations
- Provider-directed

Nebulized solutions
For patients whose providers prefer a nebulized route, we prepare solutions intended for use with compatible nebulizer devices, formulated to the exact specifications on your prescription.
- Device-compatible
- Precise volumes
- Single-use focus

Medicated nasal ointments & gels
When dryness and irritation are the main complaint, soothing ointments and gels can be compounded to help protect and moisturize delicate nasal tissue, in a base your skin tolerates well.
- Moisturizing bases
- Gentle textures
- Sensitivity-friendly

Nasal & sinus FAQs
Do I need a prescription for compounded nasal or sinus therapy?+
Yes. Compounded medications are prepared based on a prescription from your licensed provider. If you think a custom formulation could help, talk with your prescriber, or ask our pharmacist and we can help coordinate the conversation.
How is a compounded nasal spray different from what I buy at the store?+
Over-the-counter sprays come in fixed strengths and standard ingredient lists. A compounded spray is prepared to your provider’s specifications, which can allow for preservative-free bases, combined actives in one bottle, or formulations suited to specific sensitivities.
Can you make a preservative-free option?+
In many cases, yes. Preservative-free preparations are a common reason patients are referred for compounding. Your provider will indicate what is appropriate for you, and we prepare it to that specification.
How long does it take to prepare my medication?+
Timing depends on the formulation and current volume, but our team will give you a clear estimate when your prescription is received and let you know as soon as it’s ready for pickup.
Are your compounded medications prepared to a standard?+
Our non-sterile preparations follow recognized compounding standards such as USP‑795. Our pharmacists review each formulation for appropriateness and prepare it carefully in our compounding area.
Can you transfer a compounded prescription from another pharmacy?+
Often, yes. Share your current prescription details with us and we’ll coordinate with your provider or previous pharmacy to continue your therapy with as little disruption as possible.
